Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece you receive from Eclipse. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a pickup arrangement if applicable.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.
Refund Method
- Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original tags
