Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you receive from Eclipse. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a pickup arrangement if applicable.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.

Refund Method

  • Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original tags
