Shipping & Delivery

At Eclipse, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible across Egypt.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
• Alexandria & Delta Governorates: 3–4 business days
• Upper Egypt & Remote Governorates: 4–6 business days

Shipping Fees

• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your governorate.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders above a certain threshold — check our current promotions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most governorates in Egypt. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. You can use it on our Track My Order page.
