Refund policy

At Eclipse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns — Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale.

Exchanges — We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued.

Refunds — Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items — Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or are missing tags cannot be returned.
